Jen Bontusa

VP Brand Strategy & Advancement, centric entertainment

Jen is the primary point of contact for Centric's full-service clients and handles the development and implementation of marketing and branding initiatives, including the planning and executing of dynamic release campaigns. Jen has over 15 years of artist services and project management experience in the music industry, and her proven track record of success at the helm of implementing and managing multi-format projects for groundbreaking artists includes The Lumineers, Oasis, Dolly Parton, Mazzy Star, Against Me!, 311, Jamestown Revival, Thievery Corporation, Peaches, Kate Nash and many more.   

Becky Reiser

Creative Director, Centric Creative Group

As the Creative Director for Centric Creative Group, Becky brings an intense creativity coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit. Her background in brand development, print design, video production, event production and web design gives her a well-rounded vision that is truly unique. With a career spanning over 15 years, she has worked with artists and brands such as: Thomas Rhett, Steven Tyler, Rascal Flatts, Drake White, Tim McGraw, Cheap Trick, Reba McEntire, Wanda Jackson, Taylor Swift, Florida Georgia Line, Ronnie Dunn, Gibson Guitar, BMG, Big Machine Label Group, Thomas Nelson, Big Machine Vodka, The Lili Claire Foundation, Vanderbilt Medical Center, SESAC, Equestrian Aid Foundation. The dedication and attention to detail she brings to each project has resulted in a proven track record of success across multiple industries.

Jordon Petty

Director, Centric Digital Marketing

Jordon is a Kentucky native that has called Nashville home since 2012. She is an experienced entertainment professional with a demonstrated history of working closely alongside high level talent in the music, television and sports industry. Throughout her time in Music City she has helped musical artists and personalities from all walks of their career develop digital strategies, to engage their fanbase, all while channeling it through their authentic voice. In 2017, she served as an associate producer for the inaugural American Football Coaches Awards, which aired live on CBS. Jordon also volunteers as an escort for the Nashville Chapter of Musicians on Call and for fundraising committees that benefit St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Alicia Mathews

Director, Centric Entertainment Records

Alicia Mathews is an industry professional with record label experience in A&R Administration, at Big Machine Label Group, she handled production coordination, project management and metadata for such releases as Taylor Swifts “1989” and Thomas Rhett’s “Tangled Up”. She was project manager and A&R on the release of the  Grammy Awarded and Oscar Nominated, Glen Campbell “I’ll Be Me” documentary soundtrack. She is focused on A&R Admin as well as metadata management. 

Abbey Adams

SVP, Align Music Group

With more than 15 years working A&R Abbey has placed songs with such artists as Keith Urban, Billy Currington, Tim McGraw, Dierks Bentley, Jake Owen, Thomas Rhett, Frankie Ballard, Brett Eldredge, Eli Young Band, Ronnie Dunn, Lady Antebellum, Martina McBride and more. She has also placed songs for TV and Film. Abbey is now focused on artist development and growth at Align Music Group. 

Ally Venable

Director of Development, Centric Screenworks

Ally is the Director of Development of Centric Screenworks, a development company that helps in forms of creation, pitching, and selling properties. Her focus is to develop new series and brands for traditional and digital networks. Prior to her move into television/media, she helped launch and manage Kelsea Ballerini. Before that, she was at Paradigm Talent Agency. Ally has a Bachelors Degree in Music Business from Lee University. She co-founded TONS (The Other Nashville Society), a trade and social organization for alternative music & art in Nashville and most recently was added to the Nashville Filmmakers Guild board. Her passion for music, creativity & advocating for others is the heartbeat of who she is. 




Larry Beckwith

Chairman and ceo, centric entertainment

Larry is an entrepreneur. He has started numerous businesses including Eco-Energy, the largest biofuel distribution and trading company in the world. Following a successful exit, he saw an opportunity to bring the same disruptive mindset to the business of positioning brands in today’s marketplace. His passion and determination are now focused on the brand space. He brings his leadership skills, marketing expertise and strategic guidance to Centric Entertainment.

Bill Hankins

Chief operating officer, centric entertainment

Bill is Chief Operating Officer of Centric Entertainment. With a background spanning finance, private equity, business strategy and law, he has worked with emerging businesses and entrepreneurs in all stages of a company's life cycle from conception to exit. He also has entrepreneurial experience, having been part of several startup ventures. Bill earned his BA and JD from the University of Alabama, and an MBA from Emory University.

Mike Ocheltree, CPA, CIA

SVP Finance, centric entertainment

Mike is the Senior Vice President of Finance, coming to Centric with experience ranging from small start-up ventures to large multi-national companies including 10 years with Eco-Energy where he held positions as Controller, head of Technology and as the Vice President of Risk Management.  At Centric, Mike heads up all Finance functions including Accounting, HR, Insurance and Technology as well as supporting strategic initiatives for the Company including maximizing the client-side experience when dealing with Back Office needs.  Mike currently holds an accreditation as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Drew Haynes

Financial Coordinator, centric entertainment

Drew is the Financial Coordinator, managing many of the accounting aspects for Centric and client-facing services including A/R, A/P, expense management and general bookkeeping with a focus on excellence in client support and helping deliver the one-stop shop benefits we offer. Drew received his B.S. degrees in Banking and Managerial Finance along with his MBA from Ole Miss.
